Living in Seattle, I canšt help but have a great loyalty for Galloway. He's had his problems but we embraced him here and will always love him. Joey was fast and exciting and had a great smile. He always seemed accessible and friendly and even though this might not be true it was the impression he left. He is still fast. He is a savvy vet with excellent route running abilities. He is crafty and professional and it is a testament to his talent that he is still playing, contributing and being a top fantasy player. His stats were excellent when he had a consistent quarterback. Obviously being older he is an injury risk every year now, but, his longevity also belies a good conditioning program. The real question here is the quarterback position. Who will throw it will they be able to. I think Tampa Bay will have a sub-500 season but will surprise some teams and force others to work to beat them. Their home field advantage is strong. Galloway proved that he can work with any quarterback and make them look good. He is a risky, but, good choice here. 2006: 17th, 61 points: 0,3,6,B,8,1,0,015,1,7,1,0,1,10,0,8 2005: 6th, 82 points: 1,0,13,11,1,7,B,10,9,8,0,2,7,0,0,1,12 6th was a great, out of nowhere, accomplishment in '05. The '06 stats simply reflect the turmoil on the team. You have to like his strong finish in week 17 of each season. Your receivers will not win every game but it's great when they step up to the plate when it matters! |
