Say what you want about his past, last season he proved that he still has elite back talent and drive within him. I have won FF Superbowls with Denveršs running game and will take a successful system over a fractured or spotty team any day! In Mike Shanahan I trust! There is nothing wrong with one of the best offensive lines in the N.F.L. and even though the schedule is challenging, Cutler will emerge with competent receivers and a solid running game. The defense is as stout as ever, though San Diego will probably win the division, A wild card Denver in the playoffs will be a force to be reckoned with. This team will just get better and better as the year progresses. If Mike Anderson and Reuben Droughns can be stars then Travis Henry can be the second coming of Terrell Davis! This team is a solid contender and now that the thoroughbred, Tatum Bell, who never seemed to fit in the system, is gone; the bull Henry, is ready to be the deceptively quick, cunningly cutting, punishing tank of a man he showed way back in Buffalo so many years ago. He has fresh legs and a fire burning in him. And he will feast on most of the teams on Denveršs mediocre schedule! Aside from two games with San Diego, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh and Chicago; his opponents are patchwork quilts waiting to be ripped to shreds. Ask not for whom the Bell toils, for it tolls for Henry! |
