Positives: Solid veteran, excellent receiver corp he could hit in his sleep, awesome running game, solid line with one of the best in the game, contract year. Negatives: Old, injured recently, doesnąt have a new contract and could feel disrespected by the management. Positives: an easy schedule and for all their upward movement 2 conference teams that are still trying to find their way, a rival foe in Seattle that they have almost always had the number of. Negatives: Seattle is a good team, and both the recent division patsies will be much tougher this year, The defense is a bit spotty and though opportunistic will give up points and the offense will be forced to score a lot to win games. Bulger is a 4000 yard quarterback and is ready for one of his best seasons ever. If he stays healthy I see them winning the division and playoff bound. If you analyze the top fantasy players at the end of any and every year you will find playoff players. This makes it important to analyze the teams and the divisions and decide who you think will be there at the end. Good players on bad teams will be affected and struggle to put up great numbers. They will often be overshadowed by what seemed like mediocre players but guys in the right place at the right time. On the other hand, great players on good, playoff bound teams will always be at the top. Bulger big risk is injury but the line has one more great year in them and so do the Holt-Bruce duo. The addition of McMichael, who has great hands and abhors blocking will give him a great outlet. Jackson will finally be cut loose to show that he can be a league leader. He will catch more passes this year and if LaDainian rests on his laurels, doubtful, he miht give him a run for the money as most valuable fantasy player. With the schedule this team has it will be hard for them to not be a very successful bunch. Bulger bounced back fom injury to tie for fourth last year. He could be even better in this one. |
