Wide Receivers, take them at your peril! The top ten fantasy receivers turn over more then a seven year old on a trampoline. At the end of the season youšre always scratching your head as to where half these guys came from. Often the top receivers emerge due to the changing conditions of the offense and until the season starts therešs almost no way to predict injuries and various levels of competency and drive. Within this cacophonic dissonance is a calming note of peace; a steady rhythm that all melody is defined by: Marvin Harrison. Until his begins to falter, he is the most reliable and consistent fantasy scorer in the wide receiver ranks. He did have some hand surgeries recently but played with his usual steadiness last year. There isnšt any reason to believe that he wonšt do it again for another season. A class act, Harrison is the nobility of the N.F.L. Selfless and professional to a fault. If the team wins too much, then his only knock may be that he is sitting through the last games as they prepare for their annual playoff run, however, this year may actually be a little tougher; though, I donšt see any issues with another division title and playoff berth. Skip the guesswork and make Harrison your first choice. |
