My concern for San Diego is integrating the changes a new coaching staff will bring. Marty Shottenheimer is a great coach and should have been given the opportunity to win with the team he built.

Shottenheimer does not play on the field, and, it is circumstantial that he has a losing playoff record. I think with another year, he would have turned this around. Any team will be blessed to have him!

Norv Turner has proven nothing to me. His last stint as a head coach was a dismal failure. He seems to be a competent Offensive coordinator, but, as a head coach, I donšt understand the faith put in him.

Of course, Even Barry Switzer couldnšt screw up a championship with someone elsešs winning team.

He will open up and emphasize the passing attack, but, still only has Antonio Gates to throw to. Rivers will be more confident and with a mediocre schedule they should win another 10 games this year.

The defense has only gotten scarier and Tomlinson is the best impact player today.

In our scoring system, he was the top scorer of all players including kickers and defenses; 38% better then the second place running back by 89 points! Rudi Johnson was 8th with 89 points! Only 7 backs outscored his 1st to 2nd spread!

Unfortunately, as I warned in last years post, he failed to significantly score in the last two weeks of the season and many of his owners, after ruling the regular season, did not win a championship.

In 2005, he finished 1,1,1,0,7. Few of his owners got that touchdown in a Superbowl.

In 2004, he didnšt even play in week 17.

Michael Turner is a beast and may dilute Tomlinsonšs 2007 scores. The team seems destined to lose him, and if they believe this, then they will boost his numbers to get more in a trade next year.

I think they want to keep him as long as possible, yet, it is hard to keep his talent on the bench.
