SCORING TEMPLATE

I. THROWING SCORES:

3 points for each thrown touchdown
2 additional points if play gains 40 or more yards (the bonus-bomb)
1 point for each 100 yards thrown after 200 yards
1 point for each thrown extra point conversion

II. RUNNING AND RECEIVING SCORES:

6 points for each touchdown scored (special-team T.D.s scored to the player)
2 additional points if play gains 40 or more yards
1 point for each 50 yards of player's game total
2 points for extra point conversions

III. KICKING SCORES:

3 points for each field goal
1 additional point for field goal distance achieved at 40 - 49 yards
2 additional points for field goal distance achieved at 50 - 100 yards

IV. TEAM DEFENSE SCORES:
1 point on the third sack
1 point for each additional sack after three
1 point for a turnover (i.e. fumble, interception)
6 points for each touchdown scored
2 additional points if turnover T.D. is 40 or more yards
8 points for 0 points allowed
6 points for 1 - 5 points allowed
4 points for 6 - 10 points allowed
2 points for 11 - 15 points allowed
1 point for 16 - 20 points allowed
2 points for a safety
